AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the AquaBombers LLC (“AquaBombers, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

SERVICES

AquaBombers provides professional soft washing, house washing, commercial exterior cleaning, fleet washing, auto detailing, and related property cleaning services in the Greater Central Florida area, including Lake County and Orange County. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

QUOTES & ESTIMATES

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. Please note the following:

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may also be subject to the cancellation fee.
• AquaBombers reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Failure to make payment may result in late fees or collection action.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

By submitting a quote request through our website, you acknowledge that your information may trigger an internal SMS notification to our team for prompt follow-up. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Program name: AquaBombers Quote Notifications. Message frequency varies. For help, reply HELP. PROPERTY ACCESS & LIABILITY

By scheduling a service, you grant AquaBombers permission to access the designated areas of your property for cleaning purposes. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the work area is accessible and free of obstructions
• Securing or removing fragile or valuable items near the work area
• Disclosing any known hazards or property conditions
• Keeping pets and children away from the work area during service

AquaBombers is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable care to prevent property damage. Any concerns about damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AquaBombers LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaBombers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
